The exteriors of these houses are re-interpretations of the Pennsylvania vernacular tradition while the interiors respond to contemporary needs and desires with double height spaces, flowing connections and modern amenities. Materials are carefully selected to achieve an appropriate balance between quality, aesthetics and cost. The houses were designed for a developer who specializes in suburban infill projects on challenging building lots.
