Fairmount Avenue Revitalization Plan

Fairmount Avenue connects business, homes, parks, playgrounds, and cultural institutions. Terra Studio developed a community-generated conceptual plan for the Fairmount Community Development Corporation with the goal of guiding future growth to be mutually beneficial for residents and businesses. The plan emphasizes street vitality and includes coordinated storefront designs, pedestrian lighting, improved street crossings, bicycle paths, planned green space, public art and improved parking areas.
