60th Street Commercial Revitalization
60th Street has served as the primary walkable shopping street for the Cobbs Creek neighborhood in West Philadelphia for many decades. In recent years, commercial success has been threatened by property deterioration and neglect of basic streetscape elements. Terra Studio worked with the local community development corporation and business owners to develop façade and streetscape improvement standards that will reinforce neighborhood character and strengthen the vitality of the street.
