Imperial Theater
The Imperial Theater built in 1918 served as a regional cultural center until it was shuttered in the 1970s. Terra Studio worked with the Partnership Community Development Corporation to develop a reuse plan that ties to the commercial corridor’s revitalization, transforming the theater into a family entertainment center.
